The Northumberland Public Art Action Plan 2004 - 2008 was the result of a six month review of public art activity and opportunities in Northumberland, carried out by Commissions North between June - December 2003 and funded by Northumberland Strategic partnership - a research process involving face to face meetings with key contacts in the local authorities, community regeneration, tourism and environmental sectors across the county.
